FREE Viewing Trips
 

The cost of your Hotel Accommodation and food while on the viewing trips will for most of our properties be paid for by the developer and hence be free of charge, whether you purchase a property or not*.

If during your viewing trip you complete the purchase of one of our properties we will, for most properties, also give you a contribution towards your flight costs**. This amount will vary depending upon which country you are visiting (see the table below).

Assuming that you travel to and from the Viewing Trip using a normal Economy Flight and you don't choose to travel at "Peak Times" you should find that if you purchase a property from ourselves then your Viewing Trip could, for many properties, end up being

COMPLETELY FREE.

* Some developers do not provide this facility. We can provide details before you travel if this is the case and if there will be any cost to yourself when viewing a particular property.

Terms and Conditions

1. Receiving a Flight Contribution Payment from ourselves confirms that you accept our Terms and Conditions.
2. The terms of our agreement with certain developers does not allow us to contribute towards the cost of your viewing trip (including your flight cost). These developers regard this practice as discounting the property price and strictly forbid us from doing so. We can provide details of which properties this applies to upon request.
3. The Flight Contribution Payment will not become payable until we have received our full commission from the Property Developer. This varies from property to property but is usually within 30 to 90 days of a purchaser paying their full deposit and signing their contract, but can on occasions be longer. We can provide you with more accurate estimates of time scale for a specific property upon request.
4. The Flight Contribution Payment will be paid in a method determined by ourselves. This will usually be, but not limited to, a cheque drawn on a UK bank in pounds Stirling.
5. On occasions part of the Flight Contribution Payment may be paid by the Property Developer. They may pay by various methods and in various currencies. If this is the case then we will only pay the difference between our Flight Contribution Payment offer, and what they have already paid.
6. Any person receiving a Flight Contribution Payment from ourselves will be required to provide us with an appropriate receipt for the funds that they are about to receive (we will provide the details for this as necessary) and fully complete our claim form accepting our "Terms and Conditions"
7. If for any reason it is necessary for us to repay our commission to the Property Developer (if for example, but not limited to, a property sale being cancelled) you agree that you will repay the corresponding Flight Contribution Payment to ourselves within 7 days of notification from ourselves.
8. Any person receiving a Flight Contribution Payment from ourselves will be doing so on a "Self Employed" basis and as such will be responsible for their own taxation etc.
9. Our decision regarding the payment of a Flight Contribution Payment is final and not subject to negotiation.
